Since the fall of 2008, CoolCongregations.com has been helping congregations measure their carbon footprints, compare their energy use with congregations in developing countries, and identify the areas where they need the most improvement. Today, Interfaith Power & Light is proud to announce the website has undergone extensive improvements, making it even more useful for congregations who want to protect Creation.

What you will notice about the new CoolCongregations.com:

• A dramatically redesigned homepage, making it easier to navigate to all of the websites great features.
• “Quick tips” after you calculate your carbon footprint, in the area that needs the most improvement.
• Store your results! You will be able to create an optional account after calculating your footprint to save your results and see how you’re reducing your carbon footprint over time.
